We offer three models: Contingency (15–25% of salary, pay only on hire), Retained (phased billing for senior/exec roles), and RPO/Embedded (monthly retainer). Our standard fee is 20% of first-year compensation. Visit our Services page for full details.
How quickly can you fill a role?
Our average time-to-fill is 18 days. For retained and RPO engagements, you'll receive your first shortlist within the first week. We move fast without compromising candidate quality.
