Our Commitment
RecruitFlow is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Our site also complies with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which requires federal agencies and their contractors to make electronic and information technology accessible to people with disabilities.
Accessibility Measures
RecruitFlow takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the site
- Skip-to-content links for screen reader users
- ARIA landmarks and labels on all major page regions
- Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for text)
- Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images
- Properly associated form labels for all input fields
- Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- High contrast mode compatibility
- Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels
Technologies Used
Accessibility of this site relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and assistive technologies:
- HTML5 with semantic elements
- WAI-ARIA for dynamic content and enhanced navigation
- CSS for visual presentation and focus indicators
- JavaScript for progressive enhancement only
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. We are actively working to identify and fix any accessibility issues. Known areas being improved include:
- Some older blog content may have images without alt text — we are auditing and updating these
- Third-party embedded content (videos, maps) may not be fully accessible
- PDF documents uploaded before 2025 may not be fully tagged for screen readers
