By accessing or using the RecruitFlow platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service as set forth by Fullstackdesk LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including recruiters, hiring managers, administrators, and candidates.
Fullstackdesk LLC, operating as RecruitFlow, provides a cloud-based recruitment management platform that includes candidate tracking, job posting management, interview scheduling, team collaboration, communication tools, and analytics. We also offer professional recruitment services including contingency search, retained search, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Professional recruitment services (contingency, retained, or RPO engagements) are governed by separate service agreements executed between Fullstackdesk LLC and the client organization. These agreements outline specific terms including fee structures, payment schedules, replacement guarantees, exclusivity arrangements, and scope of work.
Platform subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Recruitment service fees are billed according to the terms of your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days’ written notice.
All candidate information submitted to or processed through our platform is treated as confidential. Users agree not to share candidate data outside the intended hiring process. Client organizations retain ownership of their candidate data and may request export or deletion at any time.
Contingency placements include a 90-day replacement guarantee. Retained search placements include a 12-month replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate voluntarily leaves or is terminated for cause within the guarantee period, Fullstackdesk LLC will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee, subject to the terms of the service agreement.
The RecruitFlow platform, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is the property of Fullstackdesk LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Fullstackdesk LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Fullstackdesk LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate platform access with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, though we will provide a reasonable period to export your data. Active recruitment engagements are governed by their respective service agreements.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
